Shipping, Returns, Payments, Warranty and Repairs
All orders will be processed within 3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays. Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays.
Please note that all of our products are handmade by our small team and we are not only influanced by our workflow but also by our suppliers. That's why sometimes we cannot ship immediately. Occasionally we might need more time to fulfill the orders. We always do our best to complete all them as soon as possible.
Orders will ship by Fedex and Polish Postal Service. You are able to select your shipping cost and options at the time of checkout. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation outlining the details of your order. Items can be returned for store credit within 100 days of the purchase as long as product is in its original condition and returned to us with original packaging. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be damaged or defective. Items purchased during SALE, with a discount code or from an OUTLET section are not eligible for return or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Sale or Outlet purchases.
We can only offer the exchange policy if the purchase items are in perfect conditions, without the signs of usage.
All prices noted are USD-prices and include VAT. We offer three different methods of payment.
Warranty and Repair
We offer repairs on defective merchandise for up to 60 months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please email us at email@example.com for repair inquiries.
